We have been getting a bunch of missionaries from the Brazil MTC. They don't have the rabies vaccine in Brazil, so the vaccine has to be given when they get here. It's a 2 dose series. You give one dose and then are supposed to give another dose in a week. It's such a pain. I don't know how other missions do this. Our mission is so spread out. We try to keep them close so I can track them down and give them the 2nd dose a week later. I'm so glad for my nursing skills because I have used them so much on the mission. Here I am on the streets of Las Lomas giving a dose of the rabies vaccine to Elder Leonor while his comp Elder Rednour watches. Just another day in the life of mission leaders.
