Lots and lots of interviews. Every 6 weeks, Kirt has to do an in person interview with every missionary. We schedule 15 minutes per interview so if there are 175 missionaries, that takes 2,625 minutes or about 44 hours. But they are almost never just 15 minutes so that is a very low estimate. It takes Kirt about 2 weeks to get through all 175 interviews. It is not Kirt's favorite part about the mission.
