The missionaries in Progress asked me to come and help with the Health Brigade in Progresso. I took lots and lots of vital signs for members of the stake and the community of Progresso.

I dropped Kirt off at the office, and then continued on to Progresso. I picked him up on the way home and we headed back to our house about 1:30pm. We did not get home until 5:45pm. It usually takes us about 45 minutes to drive home from the office. There was some kind of parade or demonstration or something in downtown San Pedro and the streets were absolutely at a stand still for hours. It tried every ounce of patience that I had to say the least. Poor Kirt had to turn around as soon as we got home and go to the adult session of the Satelite stake conference. It took him an hour and a half to get there (it usually takes about 20 minutes). There was no traffic control anywhere and Hondurans are the WORST drivers.
